This week in STEM, the 5/6 class continued researching a specific global water issue, investigating the specific causes and consequences of the issue. Using this research, they started the next step of their Engineering Design Processes: brainstorm! They added to their engineering log any and all ideas that they could think of to use as a possible solution. This is an important part of the EDP, where many creative ideas come from. Next week they’ll choose the solution that they think is the best, and move on to the next step, planning their prototype. We’re excited to see what these creative engineers come up with!
